Ali Masterton provided a wonderful service to me at a time when I was feeling very low over the death of my sister and I needed help in making a complaint about the NHS. As well as providing clear and appropriate professional advice, Ali was wonderfully kind and supportive throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

5 star service
Ali Masterson rang me today to give me advice on a very sensitive medical issue I have with the NHS. Ali was extremely professional and compassionate and gave me really good advice. Ali also listened and was very sympathetic and kind towards me after hearing about my health problems. I now feel this issue is resolved but Ali told me I could call her back at any point if I feel anything else needs addressing. 5 star service. Thanks Ali!

Support in the darkest of hours
After losing my father we were left with many unanswered questions that quite frankly kept us awake at night due to his care leading up to his death. We were overwhelmed, confused, distraught and needed someone to provide clarity. Ashtons has provided an extremely discrete, diplomatic and caring service to help us find the answers to questions we were too frightened to voice. To have someone knowledgeable be able to assess our information and follow a clear process has been an immeasurable comfort. Knowing someone has reviewed his information, and looked evidentially and professionally at everything clearly and objectively has granted peace and calm to an awful, and personally distressing situation.

Fantastic firm
Brilliant service very helpful and understanding, I was always kept up to date with everything happening, as this type of case takes a while to collect the needed evidence. I could not have been explained every thing any better. From start to finish everything was very professional. All advice and help that I needed was provided and I really did benefit deeply from all the advise and help given to me. I highly recommend this firm and I could not be more pleased with how well I was treated. It is a scary process, that first phone call as I thought I would not understand any of the process or technical terms, but everything was easy and explained to me very well, and I felt at ease straight away. Support with daughter's Inquest process
Ali was always prompt, clear and professional in her dealings with us, whilst still maintaining a "personal" touch during a very traumatic time in our lives. She was also a good co-ordinator of more specialised legal advice as and when needed.

Medical Negligence claim Southampton Hospital
Just want to share a fantastic experience with |Ashton Legal especially Ali. from first to last they have been first class showing great professionalism married to a sympathetic approach and understanding of how difficult the situation I found myself in.
Solicitors can sometimes have a bad reputation but Ashton Legals approach in dealing with my matter completely contradicted that stereotype
