After selling just after Easter and 3 properties down due to sellers wasting time and actually not ready to move or properties not habitatable after survey report (please please carry out surveys) myself and my wife cannot fault the service of Dawn or Kate or even the entire team at Bookers & Bolten. They acted fast efficiently and kept us update the whole way even when the top part of chain announces a deadline due to mortgage offer expiring. Conveyancing - selling a leasehold property
Cindy and Gabriella were fab during the process of selling my property, which was incidentally 250miles away! Professional, courteous and good at keeping my frustration at bay when the buyer delayed and delayed… Gabriella held the fort superbly when Cindy was away; they make a great team. Thank you!

I am very pleased with Bookers and Bolton solicitors. I was buying dnd selling in quite unusual times, where property market was party much stationary.
Due to personal circumstances of my first solicitor I needed to different person within the form. All went very smoothly and without any problems. I highly recommend them.

Advice and help with probate for my late husband.
I am more than grateful for the help and advice I have had with the estate of my husband. You were all very helpful and kind but professional, in the way you helped me. Getting probate took some time because of problems with the registration of the house. You kept me well informed at all stages.
