Handling the Property Sell of my Deceased Mum's Property
I have previously used Cornfield Law for several other activities regarding my parents Financial and Health and Well Being and found them to be very friendly and professional at all times.
When my mum's flat received an offer and I needed a solicitor to handle the sale I did not hesitate to contact Cornfield Law to instruct them to handle this for me. I was not disappointed and met initially with Russell Dicker. He went through all the stages with me and provided a detailed breakdown of the costings involved. During the whole process I was kept regularly informed of what was happening, things that I needed to do and also updates from the buyers solicitors
Overall the service has been excellent, I would like to thank Russell and his assistant Jennie for all their support and Professionalism during this difficult time for me.

House sale conveyance

Experience buying and selling homes
Though some the transactions were straight forward some were very difficult and complicated. Russell handled all with good humour and quickly. He also answered all my queries expertly and patiently.

Excellent experience
We planned to buy our first home and we were struggling with how to find a good solicitor. We did not know Russell/Cornfield Law LLP before, however, our friend Gary in our Church recommended Mr Russell Dicker, our Solicitor for our house purchase. We contacted Russell and since then everything has been fantastic. We had an excellent experience working with Russell in the purchase of our home. All the communications and work were clear, timely, and perfectly done to the highest professional standards.
