Inaaya is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice within our Family Team. Inaaya joined the firm in 2021 as a Paralegal and progressed on to the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. Inaaya has a keen interest in finances. Inaaya has experience in preparing court bundles, preliminary documents, witness statements and assisting clients with completing their financial disclosure forms ensuring deadlines are met. In her spare time, Inaaya volunteers for a pro bono law clinic and enjoys the outdoors.

Transgender Change of Name Deed
Being a member of the LGBTQ community and specifically transgender contacting someone with regards to something so personal as changing your name can be quite daunting as we worry about people's reactions. From the moment I first made contact with Inaaya and informed her of my intention and the reason why I was shown nothing but respect and empathy. The process of changing my name was explained to me in detail. Despite making enquiries with other solicitors much closer to my home in Birmingham I didn't feel the same level of understanding so instructed Inaaya to begin the process. It was made easy and straightforward and I was always made to feel at ease. Will therefore be contacting Inaaya once again in the New year to carry out another service I require.
