A Will Trust
The Will Trust was set up 30 years ago and is only just now being dissolved.
Gadsden Coupe (previously Coupe Bradbury) advised and set up the Trust initially as an investment vehicle and both advised and dealt with the require changes to investments over the Trust duration.
There were significant complications involving the contrasting requirements of the executors of the will and those of the Trust which were professionally and sympathetically handled by Gadsden Coupe (and earlier by Coupe Bradbury). As a Trustee, I have been very grateful for the prompt and valuable advice and the implementation of the decisions we arrived at.
At all times I have been kept informed of progress and advised of potential beneficial changes that could be made to the Will Trust.

Setup of family Trust
We tried 3 solicitors/companies before we finally found Gadsden Coupe. Sally listened so well, her advice matched my understanding and was reassuring and knowledgeable. The fee was as expected from on-line suggestions (& cheaper than other quotes). I honestly nearly gave up on the job but thanks to Sally and her team we now have the Trust set-up plus good advice from a recommended Charter Surveyor she recommended (who gave free advice!!). Really pleased.
