Caring but professional
I was recommended to use Coupe Gadsden when my husband died four years ago. Right from our first meeting Jessica was kind, caring and very professional explaining everything calmly giving me much confidence in a World I was not used to. Two years later I had no hesitation in using her services again when my Mum passed away. This time we also used Lorna to deal with the sale and purchase of properties. Lorna and Jessica worked amazingly as a team and have the ability to think outside the box when needed.

A very satisfied customer
Jessica dealt with my mother’s estate after her death. There were lots of details to follow up, including a house sale, shares and insurance policies, some going back many years. Jessica worked efficiently and effectively to get everything ready for probate, keeping the executors informed at every step. She asked and answered questions and patiently explained legal points when they were not very clear to us. She gave us a clear idea of the timescale needed for probate to complete, then dealt promptly with the outcomes once it was through. It was a pleasure to work with her.
