Perfect Solictor

Conveyancing
Our sale was straight forward but it was the ineptitude of the sellers solicitors that highlighted the professionalism and skill of smart legal and its team

Efficient and proactive approach
Succesfully completed my purchase, thank you Lakshmi and the team at Smart Legal. The most I appreciated the efficient way of sharing information which was nicely reported altogether rather than multiple emails or calls unless these were urgent and necessary. This approach worked the best for me as most likely all of us have also full time work in the same time. When time was short, actions were prioritised and solutions were found to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Excellent service - managed complex sale transaction
We engaged Smartlegal to deal with the sale of our flat which was in a new build high risk block and affected by the Fire regulation issues. Lakshmi did an excellent job of addressing buyer queries and pushed what was a difficult transaction forward.
