Poor first impression it didn't improve
Our first impression of Helen Gagan was poor, on saying hello (as I arrived first) the greeting was " I will say hello when you're both together" (my brother) Very friendly NOT !!.
The poor impression did not improve after she questioned our honesty regarding the property valuation suggesting we had a low valuation for probate in order to avoid tax!!
On speaking to other local professionals, Helen Gagan is well known as rude and unprofessional.
