Ridiculous incompetent company all they say is we are working on it but nothing ever happens we are supposed to be completing in 2 or 3 days but they will still not tell us.we have to sort things out and sort a removal van out even after 7 months.i am now on the verge of killing myself I can't stand this any longer

We were recommended Talbots by Yopa for our Sale and Purchase.
At the beginning the communication was good and documentation was received and was professional. This quickly disappeared. We went 4 weeks without any contact. Even though we were ringing and sending emails asking for an update. Eventually Ellen contacted us to apologise about the service that had been provided and assured us that this would not happen again. However disappointingly it did happen again 4 weeks went by with no contact from Ellen. It was only when we sent an email complaint to numerous directors at Talbots Law that we actually managed to speak to someone to resolve the issues and answer the questions about our sale and purchase that we had been trying to get answered for over 4 weeks.
We did receive a gesture of goodwill payment

However the whole experience was very stressful with no updates unless we contacted Talbots

We definitely would not recommend them

Ellen and Shabana were amazing! They answered my calls, responded to emails and I didn't have to do all of the chasing... Which was new to me... I have always had to chase. If you're moving home Ellen and her team I highly recommend.

I cannot thank Ellen and her team enough for the service provided when I purchased on my own. She took all the stress out of the process and took the time to explain all details to me so I fully understood each stage of the process.

Queries I have had since the sale have also been dealt with swiftly and I cannot recommended more highly!
