Adrianna at Lamb Brooks assisted with the transfer of a property at a very difficult time. Adrianna is professional, friendly and very efficient. There wasn’t any delay in correspondence and the whole process was explained and made very simple despite not being able to attend the office in person. We used Lamb Brooks for the recent sale of our house in Melksham, Wiltshire and purchase of our next home in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Having only moved 18 months ago, we are able to say that Lamb Brooks are streets ahead of the solicitor that we used for that move.

Adrianna, who was the solicitor working on our behalf for this, has been excellent throughout. She has been very supportive, providing good guidance at all times and was very attentive to our needs.

Our move was not straightforward due to several complications with the management company for the estate our sale home was on and also delays in finalising our purchasers documentation, both of which were outside both our and Adrianna's control. Adrianna showed great tenacity to push both of these topics to resolution and was very patient with us as we constantly chased updates.

We would absolutely recommend Lamb Brooks and Adrianna in particular.
