The smoothest move ever,
I highly recommend Sarah and her team.
Each stage of my house move was done with ease. I don't find paperwork easy and everything was explained to me in a non judgemental way I understood.
I wasn't in a chain but was still thrilled with how quickly it was done. My emails were answered quickly too. I was constandby kept up to date with everything. Professional advice always given.

Definitely recommend
Sarah Rowles at Wollens, and her assistant Becky, handled the conveyancing for our house sale very professionally. Response time for any questions I (or the other side) had was extremely quick, and everything was handled really well. Also, at a competitive price. Sarah also handled additional matters that arose (indemnities) quickly and professionally. If you're looking for a conveyancing solicitor, I would highly recommend them.

Used for conveyancing, brilliant service throughout the process, making for a relatively stress free experience. Very good at keeping us up to date with how the purchase/sale was going and dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Sale of property for customer with Power of Attorney.
I would want to say, at the start, that I had fairly awkward experiences with two firms of solicitors where nobody seemed to understand the duties and powers of an Attorney. It was a huge relief to meet Sarah Rowles who clearly understood and was familiar with this aspect of law.
Sarah has a quiet but firm and clear approach to her professional work. She listens carefully and is quite prepared to say 'no' to something she considers unwise, while also doing her best to come up with a considered alternative.
There were some difficulties with this sale - mainly to do with uncertainty around the ownership of the roof lease relating to existing solar panels. Sarah really impressed me with the way in which she tackled and stuck with, this problem, until in the end we reached a conclusion.
Quiet, determined, understanding and perseverative - I could ask for nothing more. I could happily highlight all of the boxes below. Thank you and well done Sarah.

Wonderful service - would highly recommend!
We're so grateful to Sarah at Wollens for all she did in pushing through the purchase of our 'forever home' from start to completion. She was professional, proactive and kept us informed throughout the buying process. We felt really looked after as she'd reply to any queries (whether over the phone or email) in a timely manner.
