Perfect citizenship application service
I have horrible second-hand experience with UK citizenship applications so, when I decided to apply myself, I reached out to Truth Legal. What I was mainly looking for was to be able to rely on the experience of a solicitor to avoid any unnecessary hurdle (especially given the cost of the application!).
Michelle Lee took care of my application. We met a few times online and remained in regular contact by email. Michelle was responsive and efficient. All I had to do is to explain my situation and respond to her requests for documents. She was very well-organized, set up an online server to exchange files and managed my application herself, following it through the citizenship ceremony.
Her work allowed me to feel confident about my application and cleared all anxiety, saving me a lot of time in the process. She was a pleasure to work with and I strongly recommend Truth Legal's and, more particularly, Michelle Lee's service.

Useful, actionable expertise for my visa/naturalisation case
I found Michelle through an article she had written about days of absence from UK soil in the perspective of applying for naturalisation as a UK citizen. After an initial session that was free, Michelle proposed a further consultation on the cover letter and the evidence needed, as well as the possibility of fully representing me for my application.
I went for the former and I was not disappointed. She gave me advice on the website part of the application and, more importantly, on what to bring to the table as discretionary evidence, and how to bring it. A one hour call was more than enough for Michelle to provide me with all the assistance I could possibly need. She has 100% Home Office acceptance for the cases she takes on and it's not hard to believe it! Very much recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, thorough and the best solicitors!
I will run out of superlatives to describe the brilliant service we have received from Michelle! She's by far the best solicitor we've ever worked with and the most diligent person to ever help us in any official matter.
Michelle was patient with us from the offset as we didn't really know any of the process at all and we had a very tight deadline to get our spouse visa application completed. Although initial discussions were held with Michelle in March, we hadn't finalised anything, yet Michelle continued to help us with our queries and guided us to make the informed decision we needed to.
Michelle was very forensic in her research, she never once required us to explain anything for a second time, which shows how attentive she was in listening to our whole story and that really made a big difference in presenting our case to the Home Office.
Michelle was thoroughly diligent throughout the process, answered every single question we asked her which ensured that we had our expectations set correctly. I cannot emphasise enough on how she got everything right the first time which ensured we had no unnecessary queries to delay our application because she understood that we had a tight deadline - that is a brilliant quality to have in your solicitor and establishes a firm trust that they're the right person to trust to fight your corner!
I'm absolutely delighted that we've received our spouse visa way ahead of the deadline provided, and the entire credit goes to Michelle who was able to break down every single requirement for us in simplistic terms to get us to the finish line.
We are glad we ended up choosing the full representation with Michelle because we would have no idea on how to proceed with the whole process. From the offset, we just knew that she was the right person to deal with our application and as soon as we submitted the application, we had full confidence in her ability. It was almost like we could just forget about it because we knew she'd gotten everything right!
I couldn't recommend Truth Legal enough, but above all, I couldn't recommend Michelle enough because she's been astoundingly brilliant. As I said, I'm running out of superlatives!

A superb expert
Our previous immigration solicitor is no longer with her firm, so we looked around for a new one. We followed a friend's recommendation to Michelle, and are extremely glad we did. She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She handled our calls and queries very quickly, gave extremely clear instructions on what she needed from us, and when, and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michelle to anyone else looking for an immigration lawyer - you won't find better.

Home Office Compliance Support
We spoke to a number of solicitors that specialised in Home Office compliance - we are a regulated care provider so it is important we are compliant with the home office to support staffing in the business. Michelle's communication is brilliant, always very prompt and clear to the point answers. The report provided was very detailed and all questions were answered along the way. Excellent service from Michele
My process was quite protracted , my win fault , but the firm and Michelle in particular always kept on top of things and kept me informed constantly . Couldn’t have done it without her !

We were referred to Truth Legal and used their service for an application for a Partner visa for my Canadian wife to join her UK husband and daughter in the UK.
Michelle Lee represented us and we found her to be meticulous and knowledgeable in her preparation and submission of our documents to UKVI. She restored our faith in the UK visa system which had previously denied our first application and she competently guided us all the way, was very approachable and kept us fully updated. Spouse Visa the Full Package.
Michelle was a great help right from the get-go. Our free consultation ran over time and she didn't hurry us and continued to take our details with no rush. Always got back to us with answers to any questions we had in good time.
We received the visa within two months after submitting our application.
We will be calling on Michelle help again in the future to renew our visa in 2.5 years' time.

Michelle was on top of everything; would 100% recommend
Michelle helped us with getting our UK skilled worker sponsor status. She was on top of everything in the entire process end-to-end, from giving customized advice based on our needs, to preparing the documents, to drafting the cover letter, to giving advice post-application. She was always professional, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Our application has since been successful and we have been able to bring our co-founder and one additional software engineer from the US/EU to the UK.
