Based in the Colchester office, I have particular expertise in technology and video game law. I have worked with a variety of clients, including software houses, animation studios, and video game developers, helping my clients address challenges that arise in these sectors and navigate legal issues effectively. My responsibilities as a commercial lawyer include reviewing existing contracts to ensure they meet my client's needs, drafting and negotiating new contracts in a way that strikes the right balance between benefiting my client and also ensuring a good commercial relationship with the other party, and providing advice on consumer rights compliance for B2C clients. My clients choose me for my friendly and bubbly personality. I keep in touch with my clients regularly, making sure they are up to date with progress on their work and reassured every step of the way. I complete work promptly and actively involve my clients in the process (where appropriate), which ensures that my client's needs are fully met.
