Dawn is a partner and head of the personal injury department at Lanyon Bowdler (a Tier One Legal 500 Firm) where she has practised since 1997. She believes in empathy, understanding and commitment and will personally see all clients, providing them with both home and hospital visits where necessary. Dawn will also work closely with the Midland Centre for Spinal Injuries through our Oswestry Office. Dawn is a member of the Law Society Panel of Personal Injury Solicitors, Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a member of Headway (the Brain Injury Association Head Injury Solicitors List) and a member of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA). Dawn works predominantly for claimants, including children and those with capacity issues. She specialises in serious and catastrophic brain and spinal accidents arising from RTA and work (involving health and safety liability issues) which result in damages in excess of six figures. Whilst these life altering injuries are devastating; Dawn strongly believes that this should not prevent anyone from perusing their goals. She is passionate about rebuilding confidence and independence.
