Good solicitor
A decent solicitor. Made it easy when I started out looking for my first home , after several failed attempts over the summer of 2024 , I finally managed to get an offer accepted for my first home. However the process to complete it was a lot more difficult. So many forms and documents to sign. However it was made easy to understand, apart from some of way they were written were hard to understand. The only real issue I had was due to not get quoted on a gifted deposit, so extra costs were due, luckily it worked out and I had enough saved to cover the extra costs.

Legal Service for buying new build properties
For a buyer from a foreign country, your company’s customer service (Ms. Yvonne Fleming) is very good with quick response.
The lawyer's performance was also very professional. Although because my native language is not English, there were some misunderstandings in providing personal information and proof of funds, which resulted in a tight transaction time. However, the lawyer was able to complete the building purchase and sale services on time. I also want to express my gratitude to the lawyer responsible for me here.
But I still think the communication between the lawyer and the customer can be strengthened and improved, especially for foreigners whose native language is not English.

Very professional and helpful

Conveying with overseas funds for a property cash buy
This is the only law firm that deals with overseas funds for property buying. My solicitor from the beginning was very easy to contact and would respond to our correspondence promptly, knowledgeable and courteous.
The one thing I would have wanted more of would have been more explanations and instructions on what was next on each step of the process since it was a new and lengthy process for me. I needed constant clarification.
But overall it was very professional and helpful.
