Good solicitor
A decent solicitor. Made it easy when I started out looking for my first home , after several failed attempts over the summer of 2024 , I finally managed to get an offer accepted for my first home. However the process to complete it was a lot more difficult. So many forms and documents to sign. However it was made easy to understand, apart from some of way they were written were hard to understand. The only real issue I had was due to not get quoted on a gifted deposit, so extra costs were due, luckily it worked out and I had enough saved to cover the extra costs.
