Whenever you tell someone you’re buying/selling a house, you immediately get a long list of solicitor based horror stories, so was dreading this process.
I was only selling my share of my property to my ex husband, so was a cheap fix fee job. Joanne was wonderful from start to finish, on top of everything, never had to nag her. Sadly my exes solicitor wasn’t as good, but Joanne kept on at them to make sure things were done on time. I’m more than sure this wasn’t her most important case at the time or most profitable, but she treated me like it was.
I’m now in the position where I’m buying a new home and had zero hesitation with using Joanne again. Will recommend her to everyone.

Sale of House - made EASY by Joanne and Team
Amazing Service from start to finish.
From Day 1 all was explained and followed through and completed when advised.
The Estate Agent said they would deal with Joanne all the time if it was possible.
Compassionate, caring team - after a bereavement. Also super helpful. We have used them 3 times this year for property sales/purchases.

Fantastic Service
We were really impressed by the professionalism, value and communication of Joanne and her team at Sternberg Reed during the sale of our property. Fantastic!
Could not recommend Joanne and her team enough. Joanne made everything so easy from start to finish always available to speak to and made buying my first home as stress free as possible.

Exceptional Service and Personal Touch
