Theresa was incredibly attentive and thorough, and made the whole process very smooth and simple from our perspective. She also explained many terms to us to ensure we understood the process given it was a first time purchase. Calm in the Storm
Solicitors often get a bad wrap when people are moving house. We switched to Eric Robinson after a previous purchase fell through and found that our previous solicitor (recommended by an affiliated Estate Agent) had been difficult to contact and slow to act. Theresa, Ellie & the Eric Robinson team were a breath of fresh air. They were easily contactable, responsive and thorough. Fees and legal information were made clear and digestible. Most importantly for us, Theresa was very honest and pragmatic at a time when we needed clarity and couldn’t ‘see the light’ - for that we are extremely grateful. We would happily recommend Eric Robinson (notably Theresa) to anyone.

Super helpful, communicative and effective!
Theresa and Ellie were incredible throughout my sale process. Despite some difficult and unexpected aspects needing further attention later in the process, both were super helpful and friendly throughout, and importantly highly communicative and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to others and expect we will work together again in the future!

Another exceptional performance from Theresa and Ellie
Another 5 out of 5 for Theresa and Ellie. Both exceeded our expectations. We were kept informed at all stages and given all the help to respond to the leasehold property enquiries from the buyers solicitor. Our thanks go out to them. This is the second property we have sold using Eric Robinson and we cannot praise them highly enough.

Exceptional service from Theresa
Buying my first home seemed daunting at first, hearing stories from family and friends about how long and complicated the process can be. But thanks to Theresa the process for me was quick and simple.
Theresa kept me well informed at every stage and provided prompt service all round and continued to chase the other side to avoid any delays. I appreciated the expert advice given and all round exceptional service which meant I was able to move into my new home for the summer.

Couldn't have chosen a better team
Theresa, Ellie and Miya were the conveyancing team for my house purchase and were excellent throughout. I chose the firm initially as my first impression on going into the office reception was positive – I felt listened to with regards to the details of my requirements as a first time buyer. Throughout the process I was super impressed with their timely responses and efficient way of working. Theresa and the team kept the process moving quickly and the time from offer accepted to exchange was approximately six weeks. Highly recommended.

Fantastic conveyancing team

Probate house sale
From initial estimate to sale completion 6 months later, Theresa and her assistant Ellie provided a very professional and efficient service. I always felt they had time to explain the more intricate aspects of the sale and were patient in dealing with my queries when they arose. It made the whole process less stressful than it might have been, and even when it became more fraught for me around contract exchange time, they provided a reassuring voice and ultimately a smooth conclusion.
