Tenancy eviction dispute

Excellent and easy to understand advice
I was really impressed with both David and Elizabeth- the advice was clear, easy to understand and very straightforward. Just what you need when you need to make decisions. Thorough, clear, helpful
We came in to speak to Rory Lindsay and David Wainstein for advice not just about our legal options in a residential building matter, but also on the likelihood of recovering funds if our legal action were successful. At this point we haven't engaged Britton & Time; this is a review of the first meeting with them.
David was clear and helpful. Rory ran us through the various options thoroughly, knowledgeably, and clearly. He managed to offer us just the right level of detail - not too much, but enough to reassure us that the suggested legal route was the most appropriate one given the circumstances. Both answered our questions and left us feeling that we were in good hands.

Honest and helpful
Really appreciated the team taking the time to talk me through my case with care and attention. They were also honest about likely costs and determined that I would be better to pursue the case as an individual (though they would be happy to take on the case if I do wished).
