Excellent Service
Bethany has dealt with my mum’s estate since her death. She has been kind, empathetic and extremely supportive during this difficult time. The service she has provided has been without doubt 10/10. Helen was able to achieve what no other Solicitor has in 15 years!
I came to see Helen as a last resort following a referal from my Mum. I was divorced 15 years ago and unfortunately the finances were not done at the time as the house was in negative equity. My ex left the country for a number of years and not only did I not know where to find him but I was worried that I would have to give him half of the equity as every Solicitor I spoke to said I would, until I spoke to Helen. I told her my circumstances and she said we could find him and she advised me to offer him a nominal amount to sign the house over which she did. A few months later, my ex was found and I now own the house outright. Thanks Helen, & thanks to Leanne who was also great getting the conveyancing done quickly and efficiently.
