Conveyancing
I am very happy that I chose Sills & Betteridge when buying my new home. Tracy Wray and her Team are Brilliant!! Professional and knowledgeable, but also understanding of the fact that buying a home is stressful and they made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible; keeping me informed every step of the way. Abbottsford Way property sale

Conveyancing for House Purchase
Over the last 10+ years, Tracy Wray and her team at Sills have been my ‘go to’ for all my conveyancing requirements. I can honestly think of one word to describe Tracy and the team…..outstanding! Professional, effective and efficient - a first class very friendly service with excellent communications and superb legal knowledge and tenacity to have all the questions answered. The online portal is excellent and allows for all documents to be scanned and uploaded 24/7 and progress to be checked anytime.

Excellent service
