Rachael jumped onto my remortgage late as team member went off sick. She was very quick as time wasn’t a luxury we had due to the bridge loan needing paying off

Very good service
Rachel and Lauren were great when we're purchasing our home. The mortgage company made a mistake while processing the application which led to additional complications. Rachel explored every avenue to rectify the situation and kept us up to date. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service, Amazing Team! Highly Recommend
Me and my partner have just bought our first home together, this was a new and daunting experience for us both.
Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing, answering any questions we had no matter how small (the chat function on the app was amazing for this) and kept us up to date on everything in the process. Rachael was so patient and supportive, explaining things to us in detail so we had all the information to ensure we made the best choice for us.
As a result of all of Rachael and her teams hard work and support, we completed in just under 8 weeks which is absolutely amazing!
We would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

My solicitor was brilliant, Rachael Howe,my go to !!!
Over the twelve months, Rachael and her team,where brilliant I couldn't fault them,once she was given my case things moved on with pace. Always quick to respond to my emails, no matter how to silly the question's were. They were extremely patient with me, and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. We could not ask for any more than we received with Bell Lamb & Joynson. They were so supportive and kept us in the loop the whole way through the process of buying our house.
The app they have is brilliant, I was able to ask questions in the chat, and they responded that same day, usually within an hour or 2.
I would highly recommend them.
