We consulted TM Fortis as solicitors for our house purchase. Our case was dealt with by Sabah Mahmood. She was extremely helpful and very prompt at replying to emails and keeping us updated. This being our first house purchase, we were anxious about delays and lack of communication from the solicitor's side, as is often found in many google reviews for various solicitors. Hence we went for TM Fortis as per a friend's recommendation. We paid a little more than the cheaper online solicitors, but feel that it was totally worth the money. We did not have any hiccups. The transaction went through very smoothly without any unnecessary delays. I would recommend them highly!
