First class conveyancing of property sale.

Avoid Michael - Unresponsive and Delays Cost Me My Lease
I'm writing this review to warn others about my totally unsatisfactory experience. While the landlady was slow to send the initial draft of the lease agreement, that was the least of my problems.
I was in contact with Vanda and Michael, but it took me 3 weeks to get someone to answer to my emails/phone calls. After that, Michael sent the changes I required (4-5 clauses) after a 7 week wait.
The last changes I needed, never came through, and it's been more than 2 months.
This lack of responsiveness proved catastrophic. The landlady, frustrated by the holdup, decided to pull the property from the rental market altogether and sell it instead. Because of Michael's inefficiency, I lost out on the perfect place.
If you're looking for a solicitor who is prompt, communicative, and gets the job done, then this firm is absolutely not for you. The delays and lack of communication cost me a great opportunity, and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same frustration and disappointment.

Excellent service
I recently used Michael and Vanda for a home purchase and found them to be excellent. The most pleasing aspect was the ability to pick up the phone and speak with either of them easily and at short notice which is a problem I've experienced with other Solicitors in the past. I was kept up to date at all times and, together, Michael and Vanda did a great job.
Would definitely instruct again.

Sale and purchase of property
I have dealt with Henry Hyams for well over 35 years on various matters and always found them very easy to deal with, very professional and friendly.
I have been in contact with Michael and his team over quite a few years in connection with selling and buying property, also making wills and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Special thanks to his property assistant, Vanda for her excellent help.
