Freehold Purchase
From the moment we spoke with Roy over the telephone and our subsequent meetings, Roy helped us to understand everything regarding our Freehold purchase and we felt very reassured that Roy is very experienced and knowledgeable and that we were in good hands and receiving an excellent, personal and speedy service from him.

Conveyancing service
Roy Mason provided a friendly and professional service. Before I formally appointed solicitors I wanted to resolve a stamp duty query I had. Prior to contacting Roy, I approached a couple of larger local firms. Despite their websites making reference to free 15 minute advice phone calls, neither firm would provide this. Both firms wanted money upfront and were happy to quote for conveyancing work .Roy was the exact opposite. He took my phone call and answered the stamp duty query very quickly. That was good enough for me, I then appointed Athi Law to deal with our conveyances

Athi Law review
Roy was extremely helpful and guided me through the complex (to me) procedure. He was courteuos, amiable and explained how the procedure worked. His fees were reasonable and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend him .

Conveyancing (Leasehold)
How refreshing to have a solicitor who gets the job done swiftly.
Roy Mason at Athi Law Dronfield not only gets on with it he is also a really lovely guy.
He has years of experience & kept us updated every step of the way when selling our elderly Mothers home.
Although emails are essential we found it so helpful & reassuring to actually speak on the phone.

Sale of property
Athi Law Dronfield, in the capable hands of Roy and his wife Diane, were a pleasure to work with. It’s so nice to have that personal approach, being just the two of them. You knew when you rang that you would be actually talking to the people dealing with your case, unlike some of the faceless larger solicitor companies I could mention. Great experience with buying and selling with Roy
Roy has acted on our behalf 3 times now for both buying and selling and we've had a great experience each time. Honest and great communication - nothing is too much trouble. We were kept updated throughout and Roy acted quickly with any questions we had. Thanks Roy!
