Sale of Property
Opted to use Sherrards when it came to selling our property. Was fortunate to have Masood as our solicitor. His calm and professional demeaner made the process very smooth and straight forward. This was greatly appreciated as the housing market was experiencing some volatility due to interest rates. By keeping in regular contact with the buyer’s solicitor, he was able to ensure that things moved in the right direction and in a timely manner, and more importantly he kept us updated with progress.
