Clear, professional and personable service
My experience with Clarkes, specifically with Kia and Katie, was outstanding. Sale of House
Kia and Katie made the whole process of selling my brother's house much less stressful. They kept me informed and were very helpful, the whole way through the proceedings. When I emailed for advice or with a question, they always answered within a short space of time, Kia even answered after they should have closed for the evening. I was most pleased with the service provided and the fact they kept me informed the whole way through from beginning to actual completion of sale. I would definitely use again if legal advice was required in Telford.

Couldn't of asked for better.
Kia has been fantastic, throughout the whole process she has been quick to respond to emails. Katie has also been amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better service, we would definitely recommend Kia and Katie 100 %.

Kia and Katie were Superb
Both Kia and Katie were absolutely brilliant. Both of them kept us up to date throughout the purchase of our first home. From letting us know what was needed as part of next steps, to keeping us updated with what was happening and where we were in terms of a timeline. Both are a credit to Clarkes Solicitors.

Conveyancing Care
