Karen studied Law and German Law at Kingston University and Mannheim University. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007. After qualification she joined one of the UK’s leading London and Regional firms where she became Head of Team in their London office. She joined Pinney Talfourd’s Family team as a Senior Associate in January 2022. She is a very experienced lawyer who advises individuals on all aspects of divorce and financial remedy and enjoys negotiating complex financial claims to ensure her clients achieve the best possible outcome. She has represented clients as far afield as Europe, Australia, the USA and the Far East. She advises on all aspects of cohabitee disputes, including disputes concerning ownership of property and financial relief for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
