AWFUL. Nigel Rostance. I'm writing this here in the hope that people will read it and not end up in the same horrible situation we are. It's been mistake after mistake. We have had to do the majority of the work ourselves and have relied on the estate agents to communicate between us and our buyers and sellers because Nigel has just been so unreliable and slow. Then when we made an appointment to come and sign documents at the office with him because we didn't trust him to send them to us competently, we got to the office, in a pandemic, so you really only want to be going out for essential appointments, he wasn't there! He had apparently forgotten to put the appointment in his diary! Completely incompetent. Avoid.
