Pleasant experience
Jaqueline was very informative, and explained everything in detail.
She made me feel at ease as I wear hearing aids, so she allowed a face to face consultation and I understood everything.

Professional, knowledgeable and supportive
I had an issue at work so arranged an appointment with Jacqueline. From the first call with Jacqueline I warmed to her; she was clear, concise, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with on what was a very difficult situation for me at work.
