Outstanding conveyancing, again!
Having used Sharon twice before, I knew she would be as professional, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and delightful to deal with as always. There were some unusual aspects to this purchase, but Sharon steered us through them with clarity and honest and sensible advice which enabled is to overcome each hurdle with her experience and full support, which made a huge difference. Of particular note is that she is always available to speak to on the phone which is invaluable and unusual these days.
I have and will keep on recommending her and MSD Law unreservedly and can’t ever imagine using another firm.

Excellent Service despite difficult circumstances
Sharon provided an excellent professional service for the sale and purchase of our homes.
There were numerous challenges arising from managing agents and freeholders being very slow through to bizarre and incorrect queries from purchasers conveyancer.
Sharon pushed the transaction through and helped us maintain some level of calm.
I would recommend Sharon to act on any simple or complex home sale or acquisition. Previously Sharon acted for my daughter in her Shared Ownership acquisition.

Great service
We had a really good experience buying a property with Sharon at MSD. She was really communicative all the way through and helped make the experience as stress free as possible. What I also really liked was how pro-active Sharon was. Based on other friends experience with solicitors, i thought i would have to do a lot of chasing, but Sharon was on top of everything.

Fantastic!!!!
MSD Law have just completed the sale of my late fathers property. As it was a new build it was a very complicated sale. I cant recommend Sharon Petford enough for a very professional service.

Swift move
Sharon dealt with the sale of my property and purchase of a new one simultaneously. She was brilliant. Communicated regularly with me and answered enquiries from me. She was effective and provided reassurance when there were issues. All and all a brilliant experience.

Sale of house
MSD Law have provided an efficient service during the sale of a property.
The solicitor dealt with enquiries in a timely manner and we always felt we had direct access and prompt responses. Legal terminology was well explained in payments terms when required.

Why go anywhere else!!
I would highly recommend MSD Law and Sharon to anyone working on a property purchase. Sharon was thorough, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout, and had great judgment and clarity in explaining parts of the process that were new, complex, or counter intuitive. As we had 2 properties is was sometimes challenging however, Sharon made the process so much easier for us to deal with. MSD Law services are also very fairly and transparently priced. Thank you!
