Injury at work claim
Had a severe finger injury at work. Nick and the Farleys team were very helpful and did well to ensure I maximised the amount of money I was able to take away from the case.

Leg trauma - Rawtenstall
After being ran over (as a pedestrian) near my home in Rawtenstall I was left with an open fracture to the leg which, after being repaired by the consultant at hospital, needed corrective surgery (re-breaking and realigning) three years on from the incident. Nick and his team were excellent and fought hard for my cause, steering me towards the best possible outcome. Over the course of my recovery Farleys sought to help me at every step, including directing me towards an expert orthopaedic consultant, and negotiating with the opposition to get much needed physio and psychological therapy. Thank-you so much for helping in my recovery, both mental and physical. Ian

Fantastic Service
For the first time, I had to reach out on an Injury Claim.
I am so glad I approached Nick Molyneux at Farley's Solicitors and based out of their Accrington branch.
Initially, I had no idea whatsoever on the processes involved in an Injury Claim.
At the outset, the details were made very clear to me. It was very pleasing to be provided with a Conditional Fee Agreement based on the success of the Injury Claim.
There was interaction with Nick's assistants who were very approachable and ever so helpful.
As part of the work undertaken on my case, there was communication via phone, emails, and face-to-face meetings. To arrange and send me to a Private Surgeon allowed me a further understanding of my long-term arthritis condition and now benefit me on managing the condition.
I was kept up-to-date with the schedule and progression of the case.
It was a lovely extra touch to have an arranged conference call with a Barrister which provided me with further knowledge and key insights.
The outcome being I am satisfied with the compensation now received.
