Friendly help at tricky time
Kerri Turner was particularly helpful in rewriting my will, in record time too. She pulled out all the stops to print it out and provide a witness all in the space of a couple of hours to save delays in posting and returning the will. Thank you to Kerri for putting my mind at rest.

Mirror wills preparation
Very professional communication style and punctual in terms of email communication and etiquette.
The value for money was also of a high standard and Ms Turner had excellent inter-personal skills.

Mirrored wills
As previous clients of Steed and Steed for decades, we decided to return to the familiar surroundings of the creaky old offices in Gainsborough street to renew our wills. There we met Kerri Turner who we found to be really attentive, very empathetic and exceptionally patient.
With children and step children to consider setting up our wills was never going to be text book stuff but Kerri plodded diligently on until all boxes were ticked. A special note of thanks to her must be added as when it came to the day of signing one of us was temporarily quite poorly but Kerri was swift to accommodate our rather unconventional signing process that she ensured played out successfully and seamlessly on that day. In addition a mention of thanks must go to the lady on reception on 27th June …. A difficult day for us so her efficiency and attentiveness was really appreciated as was her natural ability to offer a smile.
All good reasons that FJG LLP will now be our solicitor of choice and recommendation, we wish them and especially Kerri Turner every success in their forthcoming change of premises in Sudbury.
