Yasmin Fairnington
Paralegal
Yasmin graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2021 with an upper second-class honours in Law and has since joined Jamieson Alexander as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Department in the London office. Yasmin intends to complete her LPC and eventually qualify as a solicitor.
Since completing work experience shadowing a family solicitor as well as a QC at a Chambers, Yasmin has been very keen to start her career in law. During her studies Yasmin was also a member of Pro Bono Society and gave employment and disclosure workshops to inmates at a local prison, which, as well as being very rewarding was useful exposure into the practical side of law.
In her spare time Yasmin enjoys playing lacrosse. She has been captain of her secondary school and university team, which has allowed her to gain experience both motivating a team and working well within a group. Yasmin also loves travelling, and recently spent two months in South East Asia.
