I advise employers and senior executives on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a particular focus on Employment Tribunal claims and redundancy. I also provide clients with business immigration related support and assistance. I specialise in providing strategic and operational employment law and HR advice to businesses. Whether assisting on day-to-day issues or protecting a client’s interests in the course of Employment Tribunal litigation. I pride myself in providing pragmatic and straight talking advice, with commercial and client objectives at the forefront of my approach. I have, over many years, worked closely with small and medium sized employers across a range of industries, including professional services, construction and care homes. I qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. I am ranked in Chambers UK. I live in Sussex with my family. In my spare time, I am kept on my toes by my two young children whilst attempting to progress the renovation of my home!
