Commendable....
Having never dealt with a legal / law firm previously, my experience with the company was everything I could have hoped for. Rachel was professional, and it seemed spoke to me without prejudice throughout the entire case. Her willing to help explain to me and others around me, I feel sometimes is above and beyond her duties to do so. Rachel came across as very caring of the situation, all the time, and proactively looked out for my health and well being.

Value for Money! Simply the best...
I had a In Charge conviction. There wasn't much time left before I was due in Court, a matter of a few weeks and I luckily found Johnson Astills last minute.
I first spoke to Rachel, who was absolutely amazing. Didn't judge me at all and just provided clear and guided advice.
My case was handled by Zara, and she had probably less than 48 to prepare for my case, due to a last minute change out of their control.
Zara and I spoke for some time over the phone the day before court. She was so reassuring and confident in the case and the way it would be handled in court. We also shared tips on how to get to the court faster, as were both going to be heading there, straight after school run.
I got the best possible outcome, 10 points and a fine.
I would highly recommend this team of extraordinary people.

Hopefully never have to use again though, I've learnt my lesson. ;)
