Pension Claim
I had been trying to claim on my pension for years and years as was totally mislead by a company in Newcastle High Street Group.
All claims companies had no success until I was referred to Mandy.
It took rejections again but Mandy and her team finally were able to recover some money back for me. Thank you

Pension Claim
Howarth Legal Mandy Howarth are exceptional and I would recommend to any investor who has a pension claim.
I invested sadly into a scheme which was an unregulated investment but I took advice from a IFA called AWM Financial and also had no idea that my pensions were being moved to company in Gibraltar.
I was vulnerable and should never have done this at the time but I did and my money was lost.
I have spent the last 4 years trying to recover some money via the FSCS through numerous claims companies. None were ever successful and I had given up totally.
Mandy Howarth was mentioned to me and I really didn’t want to go through it all again sending paperwork, ID answering questions but after the first call I trusted what she was saying to me.
I was never promised a successful result. I was told that Howarth Legal were confident that I could have my claim re opened on an appeal but there would be a lot of evidence to be located and it could take some time.
Within 6 months I have been paid my compensation and this is all due to Mandy Howarth as she never gave up on my case.
My appeal was rejected yet again and Mandy once again assured me that this was not the end and to be patient but she had every confidence she could appeal again and win me compensation. My wife and I can’t thank her enough for not giving up on this.
I was finally awarded the full £50,000 a few weeks ago. She is a Superstar

Pension Claim AWM / High Street / STM
I approached Mandy Howarth after a recommendation from another Investor similar to my circumstances.
In 2019 I started with my Claim against AWM Financial who advised me in 2014 to transfer my Final Salary Pension into a QROPs abroad and an investment High Street Boutique. Since 2019 6 companies have previously looked at my claim and I had no belief at all that there was ever going to be a positive result.
Being referred to Howarth Legal was the best thing that could have happened. Mandy Howarth from start to finish kept constant contact and also overcame every obstacle that she was given by the FSCS to reject my claim yet again.
I can not be more graceful to Mandy and true to her word from the start she successfully got my claim approved and I received the full payout of £50,000.

Pension Claim STM / High Street Boutique
I was referred to Mandy last year following many years of trying to claim against AWM Financial for the transfer of my pension in 2014.
I had been with various other companies who had no success and I had lost all hope in ever winning this claim.
Mandy from the start was brilliant and she has worked so hard to get me the successful outcome and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
My case had been rejected so many times but from Day 1 Mandy has been excellent and very professional at all times.

Investment returned
investment I made was lost because the company went into liquidation and I was told I'd wouldn't b able claim anything back by FSCS. But thanks to Mandy and her team she was able to recover all and more so if your in the same situation get in touch with Mandy and her team u will not b disappointed
