Efficient, professional legal service

Life saver
I met Kate in regards to a litigation case that would have been a life changer for me. Having met other “specialists” in litigation in my field (dentistry) I was introduced to Kate and it was a revelation. There was no comparison she was personable and made me feel important and listened to and not just another case number.
Kate was able to win my case through amazing knowledge, experience and tenacity. I was just glad she was on my side and not against me. She was approachable, honest and always there to answer calls any time of the day and talked me through everything that n the most professional manner.
I can not explain my gratitude to her enough and can’t recommend her highly enough either.

Fantastic firm and excellent solicitor
Kate supported me through an extremely difficult time, with a case that ran for over 2 years. I couldn't have got through it without her. Kate is highly intelligent, honest, knowledgeable, caring and a force to be reckoned with in all things legal... I know she worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes for me at every stage. I hope I never find myself in a position to instruct her again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate and would feel so much better knowing that she is on my side!

Exceptionally good firm.
Irvine-Yates are brilliant. Kate was open and honest about what to expect, discussed all possible outcomes, was extremely attentive and kept me informed of all communications at every single stage.
I've used large firms for various things in the past and can say that not a single one comes anywhere near the service provided by Irvine-Yates.
If you want someone that cares, wants the best for her clients and goes above & beyond at every step, I'd recommend Kate in a heartbeat.
I'd only use this firm in the future.

Very competent and working in your best interest
I hired Kate a couple years ago to deal with a corrupted solicitor who was using manipulation techniques, emotional blackmailing, fake reviews, dishonesty etc. Kate was not scared to go against another solicitor and was very honest about cost and various possible outcomes. After 2 years of fighting in the court we manged to get our money back that the other solicitor owned us. Kate was always there if we needed her help and her knowledge is amazing. Prior to using Kate, I used another company that had very good reviews but they were not able to even touched the bad solicitor. Kate knew exactly how to deal with the case and was very confident in her winning. Since then I used her for other cases and she has always been very useful and competent. Highly recommended
