The service I received from all the team at Aquabridge was first class. On the passing of my father, Amy and Lorna helped me to arrange probate, the sale of the family home and also some tricky legal issues with my own mortgage.
My mother passed just 3 years later and again Aquabridge helped to formalise of the paperwork and estate. They were extremely professional and sensitive at a very difficult and emotional time and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.
I’ve since been sign posted to a family solicitor by Amy and Lorna who is helping with other matters. They have made an overwhelming situation manageable and I give them full credit for making the whole process a far more bearable and manageable experience.

Will Writing
A very pleasant experience in drafting our first will. Lorna was very approachable and very good at explaining different options for our wills, making the whole process very easy from our perspective. Ours was not quite a straightforward will, with step children involved, so we knew it was important that it be written well to avoid unintentional issues. We changed our mind and asked for clarification on various points several times, and each time were given a comprehensive review of the issue, and alternatives, so that we could make our best decisions. I have already recommended Aquabridge Law to our friends who are seeking similar will preparation service.

Essential help setting-up a Discretionary Trust Fund
Lorna Bastian was fantastic. We needed advice and assistance setting-up a Discretionary Trust Fund as per our parents last will and expression of wishes. Lorna met with us face-to-face then gently guided us through the required stages resulting in a legal framework, registration and money deposited in one of the limited banks offering DTF. Lorna was able to signpost us to an experienced Financial Adviser who gave us further much welcomed advice a guidance.
If you aim to set-up a Discretionary Trust Fund Trust Fund, make Aquabridge Law your very first port of call.
