Landlord Issues
I approached Lisa Pharaoh seeking her advise on certain issues I had with my landlord not fulfilling is obligations as agreed in the Lease Agreement. We started by setting up a Right to Manage Company, this was completed within a few months, after which we made a claim to recover the landlords contribution to the Building insurance and property maintenance. All this work was carried out by Stephen Elliot who was very professional and efficient who kept me informed throughout the entire process. A big thank you to Lisa and all her staff
