We recently used Herrington Carmichael for our house sale and purchase, we primarily dealt with Roisin and Ellan who impressed us with their efficiency and ability to put us at ease despite a few hiccups along the way which were out of their control. We would not hesitate to use this company again!

Sale and Purchase
We chose Herrington Carmichael because of their good reviews and we were not disappointed. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly and professional and I think nearly every single email/phonecall was responded to on the same day. Phenomenal in comparison to previous experiences of other solicitors.
In particular we would like to mention Roisin, Ellan and Jessica who between them handled the sale of our old property and purchase of our new property. If we need to move again we will 100% be using Herrington Carmichael again.

Simply wonderful from start to finish

Efficient and Helpful
We chose Herrington Carmichael for the sale of our flat and purchase of our new house as they previously did the purchase of our flat and we had a great experience. This time was no different. Quick and efficient service on Sale/Purchase
We were recommended Herrington Carmichael by our developer Bellway. Having had quotes from other firms it was refreshing to see everything outlined clearly and not hidden away in the T&Cs.
The communication was above and beyond what we expected, with response times sometimes within minutes which made our lives a lot easier.
No question went unanswered and Roisin was reassuring when deadlines were getting tight.
Would not hesitate to use them again in the future if that ever is the case!

Fast, Efficient house purchase
Overall very pleased with the service we have recieved. The timelines we quite tight, but this was handelled well, and we made the completion date. Pretty stressfree process.

Excellent conveyancing
Very approachable, friendly and reassuring. I had a bit of a nightmare as 7 were in my chain but Roisin was reassuring and didn’t get funny when I was ringing and emailing all the time.

Incredible service
I can't recommend the Herrington Carmichael team enough, this is the second time we have used them for conveyancing (new build) and they have been consistently fantastic. They kept us updated the entire time and even with challenging delays in our chain, they worked consistently and were very patient. I know a lot of time and effort when in to getting our transaction over the line and we're very grateful. We also previously used Herrington Carmichael to prepare a deed of trust and we received the same outstanding service. Thank you.
