Excellent Service
We used Mat for the a sale and purchase of properties. The service we received was of the highest quality and we would not hesitate in using him again. Any concerns or queries that we had were responded to very efficiently, the advice we were given was great and he was able to explain everything in simple terms. Mat has a very approachable manner and his work is very thorough.

Conveyancing for new build house purchase
Pretty much could not fault. Very smooth process. All personnel responded in a good time frame to me. Were approachable, helpful, gave guidance and good advice. Particularly liked that they had a good relationship with the developer as dealt with many of the Plots on the development and so were able to anticipate various aspects of the sale for me

Great experience as a first time buyer
As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Mat and his team were great throughout the whole process, always in contact and keeping me up to date. Mat always offered to explain things if I needed to know more a specific document.
Overall really pleased with the whole experience!
