Incredible professional, friendly and quick service from Mat and his team in conveyancing. We were so surprised with how efficient communication could be - they helped so much with every step of our matter and prepared us in all the ways possible for buying our first house. Great experience as a first time buyer
As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Mat and his team were great throughout the whole process, always in contact and keeping me up to date. Mat always offered to explain things if I needed to know more a specific document.
Overall really pleased with the whole experience!

First class service!
Mat and Liz have been nothing short of outstanding when dealing with my recent house sale.
From my first interaction with them, they put me at ease and explained everything to me in simple terms.
They kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with everything in a quick and efficient manner.

Amazing support from Mat!
We purchased our first house on 2nd August and I just want to mention how incredible Mats support was throughout the whole process. He clearly outlined each step of the process and made it as smooth running as possible. From start to finish we completed within around 12 weeks and I would highly recommend Mat to any friends/family.

Conveyancing
Our solicitor was very approachable and his replies to our emails were always very quick. If he wasn't able to help with a particular query, he was able to signpost us to another solicitor within the company who could. First class service, thank you for making the sale of our property go as smoothly as possible. We would definitely recommend. Thank you Mat.

A*** - Mat was brilliant!
We have just completed on our house & we had Mat. He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He made the process fast & simple for us throughout. He pushed back to get the best for us with the sellers Solicitors. If I am ever to move house again I would be using Mat again.
If you needed to speak to him directly we could quickly every time.

Buying New House
I dealt with Mat Daurge and have to say he made the entire process stress free considering the stress there is in purchasing a new house!
