I highly recommend Levi. As a first-time buyer, my knowledge of buying a property was non-existent. Not only did Levi complete the standard process of a conveyancer, but he went above and beyond and assisted me with all my queries and non-stop questions on the different aspects of house buying.

What conveyancing should be!
I have had the pleasure of working with Levi on a range of property transactions (from vanilla freeholds to portfolio probates) and have been thoroughly impressed by his competence, dedication, and pragmatism. As an independent conveyancer, Levi is highly responsive and a quick thinker, able to answer my questions - no matter how big or small - and to navigate complex legal concepts under pressure. Conveyance for the sale of our home
We engaged Levi to oversee the sale of our home. We are not quite over the line (due to outside influences). However Levi keeps us updated regarding progress. He’s diligent and proactive and has prepared all the documentation in readiness for exchange and completion.

Levi rees
Levi has been amazing. Always answers and questions emails calls as soon as he can in a very timely manner. Levi is polite courteous and very efficient. Would highly recommend as a solicitor.

Sale of house
Levi was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He and his colleagues answered all the questions I had promptly , kept me informed, and acted in a professional manner.
I was so impressed with the standard of service that I am now asking for assistance with purchasing a new property.

Highly recommend
We would highly recommend Bookers & Bolton to anyone purchasing/selling a house. Levi & his team were fantastic throughout the whole process, kept us updated regularly and we always felt we could ask questions. They were always proactive and would respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.
If we needed them in future we would definitely use them again.
