Reliable and thorough
Mariya made the entire process of purchasing my first property significantly less stressful. She has a great eye for detail and is an effective and clear communicator. I felt in extremely safe hands, especially after her detailed enquiries unearthed some unauthorised planning issues in the first property I tried to buy, enabling me to dodge a huge bullet. She is hard-working, diligent and professional. I would highly recommend her.

Such a great experience
I have had a unique experience with Mariya Thomas, which is not to worry about my case at all. Mariya was significantly professional with always prompt in response. She considered all the small details I never thought about to make them valid and to fix them. Therefore, with a clear conscious I could say; I will definitely return to her always in the future.

Transfer of ownership/Buy out of house
My experience was excellent. The process, was smooth, rapid and handled with professionalism and sensitivity. the different legal teams liaised with Mariya so she could carry out her role in the process meticulously and under tight deadlines. She helped through the process on a step by step basis and summarised key elements of documents that I needed to read very carefully and pulled out key high priority information so I didn't miss it. This was very helpful.

My experience with Mariya Thomas
I engaged Mariya Thomas to execute the purchase of a flat in London.
I found Mariya to be a true expert in her field, incredibly rigorous in the due diligence on the property, and extremely efficient in the progression of the purchase.
In addition, Mariya was always available to answer queries, and was invariably patient in explaining the status and required actions.
As a consequence, Mariya gave me tremendous confidence that purchase would conclude, with my interests fully protected.
Finally, on a personal level, I found Mariya to be a delightful person, who genuinely cared about understanding her client’s needs, and would make every effort to ensure they were exceeded.

Excellent
Mariya was the reason the buying and selling process was as straight forward as one could expect! She was professional, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. Along with being extremely patient to answer our many questions. We have already recommended her to many friends, some of whom are currently using her and have had the same experience that we have.
