Divorce and Financial Proceedings
My experience with Bevirs and Michelle has been excellent. Michelle was extremely diligent, professional and approachable. She was very good at managing expectations which can be very skewed in emotional cases. Her advice was excellent and she made it very clear when details became complicated. Divorce settlement compliance failure
Bevirs were instructed to respond to correspondence from a solicitor acting for my ex-wife which was suggesting that the terms of a divorce settlement, which had not been implemented some 17 years ago, should be set aside and that I relinquish any interest in a property in favour of my ex-wife.
Michelle replied to the solicitor's letter and advised me that she did not expect a reply. Nothing further has been heard on the matter and the challenge to the divorce settlement initiated by my ex-wife has been withdrawn.

My divorce.
Michelle knew what was ahead of me and gently and patiently led me through the process. I was in a strange unfamiliar state and michelle helped so much on the journey.

Child arrangements/custody
Michele and Ellie took over a seven year battle from Stuart (former partner) for me to get access to my son, then to help me change a contact order after my son was put on a child protection due to neglect by his mother. Both Michele and Ellie are truly amazing at their job, they advised me every step of the way and both very professional in and out of the court room. They have given my family peace after seven years of heartache. I would recommend both of them to anyone. They are very Passionate about their work, especially Michelle as she had children of her own

Professional and caring support

Michelle is exceptional in her knowledge and understanding of what you need to do to archived your desired outcome within a divorce situation. She is receptive to being guided by the direction you wish to move your divorce in alongside being clear of the benefits and challenges along the way. She will inform you of your rights and has vast knowledge and experience to support this.

Compassionate, caring and professional
Michelle and her team were brilliant from start to finish, it was a difficult decision to go to court having to put your family disagreements out in front of others, but everyone at Bevirs was kind, caring and professional. I never felt judged or ashamed and they worked hard to get me a great resolution.
