Sale of house in Newton Hall
We used Hathaways when we bought a house in Newton Hall in 2018, and was very happy with their service, so we chose them again when the sale was agreed a few months ago. Their service has again been excellent.
The senior lawyer and her assistant have been efficient and friendly throughout. I have never had to chase them for a reply or any action, because they have been pro-active and prompt at every stage.
Our buyers have been slow and awkward to deal with but Hathaways have been polite and courteous whilst pressing for progress at every appropriate opportunity.
They obtained a successful outcome with completion last week at a stage when I was losing patience with our buyers and was under a lot of personal stress. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

5 star service from start to finish
Andrea worked with us on a commercial contractual issue. From initial contact to the resolution, she clearly articulated our options and the pros and cons of each and supported us throughout. When we had a query, Andrea was able to accommodate communication with us at short notice and actioned next steps promptly.
The service provided by Andrea was exceptional and professional throughout. Andrea is a real asset to Hathaways. I would highly recommend Andrea and Hathaways.

Excellent services
Andrea worked with us closely on a purchase of a property. Her services were excellent, and she was able to accommodate our short timeline of three weeks - despite the title being complex. We had open communication with her throughout the process and was able to contact her whenever we had a query and she responded instantly! Could not recommend her and the firm enough, everything was so professional and the experience was overall very enjoyable. The services provided by Hathaways are unheard of for a firm these days, very good value considering how great they were.

Quick, efficient & friendly service

Selling a property

House buying
Andrea made what is known as a stressful time really not stressful at all. There was excellent communication each step of the process with excellent advice too in an extremely timeful manner.
