Phoebe joined the Family & Childcare department at GT Stewart in December 2024. She specialises in representing parents at all stages of public law proceedings, including pre-proceedings, care proceedings, adoption, and special guardianship orders. Phoebe also has experience representing parents and carers in private law Children Act proceedings, covering issues such as child arrangement orders (residence and contact), Prohibited Steps Orders, and Specific Issue Orders. Phoebe has a proven track record in supporting vulnerable clients, including those with learning difficulties and disabilities, parents and carers that are incarcerated, individuals with mental health diagnoses, and neurodivergent clients. She has represented parents and carers facing the most serious allegations in family courts, including cases involving Non-Accidental Injuries and sexual abuse. In addition to her professional work, Phoebe dedicates time to assist and advise members of the community pro-bono, particularly survivors of domestic abuse. She is actively involved in a monthly One Stop Shop service for a local domestic abuse charity, providing advice on protective orders under the Family Law Act, including Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and matters related to contact or residence disputes.
