Would highly recommend for house purchasing.
We are first time buyers and I had heard many horror stories about the conveyancing process with some other companies. This could not have been more wrong for us!
We had Roxanne dealing with our case, who was efficient, trustworthy and so responsive, which made the process (which was extremely difficult due to the onward chain) a lot easier to understand and deal with.
I would highly recommend Glover Priest and Roxanne in particular and we will certainly be using again in the event of any future purchases!

Excellent friendly service
Roxanne and the team recently handled a house sale for me. All of the team were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful.
The process was handled extremely efficiently with no issues.

I could not fault Roxanne at all and will certainly be using her again for any further house purchase!
As first time buyers, we had been told about the potential difficulties with the conveyancing process and had been given many horror stories about the service our peers had received during their purchases. That couldn't have been more untrue with this company (and Roxanne).
From start to finish, Roxanne was thorough, clear and approachable. We were dealt with a particularly difficult purchase (due to the onwards chain) and it would have been very easy for us to panic if we weren't kept in the loop. Roxanne gave us clear instruction on our options at all times and she walked us through the purchase from start to finish. We were given regular updates (even if the process had not progressed) and Roxanne answered any questions in an unbelievably timely manner.
If you are looking for a solicitor that will cut corners then look elsewhere because Roxanne was thorough and professional in her job at all times and really had our best interests at heart with our purchase!
The fact that the cost of this kind of service was extremely reasonable made us want to recommend Glover Priests (and Roxanne) all the more!

Great communication
Roxanne took on my house sale and purchase mid-process after the original solicitor moved on. There were a number of legal issues on the way, and she dealt well with the nuances, and found the way through complications concerning tricky covenants. She kept me informed the whole time. When I emailed, I always got a prompt response.
I had used the firm some years previously for another house purchase, and had a positive experience then, which is why I chose then this time.

Roxanne Barthram
Roxanne has been very helpful and efficient throughout the conveyancing process. I have dyspraxia and when asked , Roxanne was responsive to adjustments I requested to help with some of the confusion I was experiencing in receiving e mails with different information and finding this confusing., which I found so helpful. Roxanne responded to queries quickly, professionally and efficiently and should I purchase a house in the future I shall be contacting her again . Thank you Roxanne.

I would like to thank Roxanne /Megan / Jade for an excellent job in the purchase of property . the flow of information and proactive approach made my deal seamless information and follow up was amazing I was given the companies information by my Nephew Ben as he uses them for his business on a regular bases .
