I am a solicitor in the Agricultural Law team, specialising in transactional agricultural property matters. My role involves dealing with land sales and purchases, preparing farm business tenancies, preparing deeds of easement, and reviewing and submitting applications for first registration and adverse possession. The aspect of my role that I most enjoy is the variety. It is rewarding to know that each day is likely to be different from the last. I particularly like assisting clients with property purchases and celebrating when we have completed them.
