what a solicitor Stephen is
I contacted Stephen about my driving offences I had 3 charges. Carless fail to stop and fail to report he kept me re assured and even replied on a Sunday when it’s his day of to keep me updated. I walked away with points and a fine when I thought I was getting banned. He is by far the best motoring solicitor I’ve ever met hands down. Stephen is the guy

Drink driving charge
I had the misfortune to be stopped by a christmas time road block by the police who were carring out there annual clamp down on potential drink drivers. Believing i wasnt over the limit although i had taken a drink i thought i would be ok. How wrong i was, i failed the roadside test and the test back at the station, and was duly charged with driving with excess alcohol.
i found Stephen online and decided to have him represent me, throughout the process i found him to be very helpful, and professional in every respect. i would have no hesitation in recomending his company to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position.

Escaped Disqualification:)!!
I was facing a 6 months disqualification and a hefty fine with the number of offences I was convicted for. But of course with Stephen as my solicitor the decision was overturned and he made sure that I got away with a much favourable decision. I would 100% recommend Stephen if your stuck!

Helped me get through a difficult time
Stephen is very knowledgeable in his chosen profession. I was in a very difficult position as I have an annual driving license due to illness and was a very careless in speeding excessively on a motorway. I could have potentially lost my driving license permanently but Stephen listened carefully to my issues and identified the important points to raise during my court hearing. As a result of his hard work I received a disqualification for far less time than I was expecting. He’s a genuine person and will give you realistic advice for your offence and make sure you are fully prepared if you have to appear before magistrates. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent Solicitor
Mr Oldham is a very composed and honest person. You will tell that he is not after your money. He will become part of your daily life and explain to you what to expect. Just a family man. I was expecting a prison sentence, but now I am writing this for you as a free person. Trust him and you will be fine.
