Leah exhibited exceptional professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process, despite managing everything remotely. While the communication was conducted solely via email, Leah's diligent approach left a lasting impression. However, I believe that incorporating a personal touch, via a phone call would have further enhanced the overall experience. I would have undoubtedly awarded a five-star rating had there been an opportunity for more direct interaction.

Highly Recommend
Highly recommend Leah. Leah assisted with a termination of contract settlement. Although I had been advised that my case had a low chance of success, Leah accepted the case. Leah issued a number of letters on my behalf and with each letter Leah issued, we made further progress with the other party. After each letter the other party increased their settlement offer. Leah identified the key phrases in the contract and constructed a clear argument. Leah achieved more than I expected. If I need legal advice in the future I am happy to approach Leah and this firm of solicitors.

Professional. Prompt. Pleasant.
I have used Underwoods Solicitors some years previously. After completing this recent engagement, I feel good I went back to them. Leah was very accommodating from the outset. During our engagement, Leah kept me up to date with progress, expectations, and roles and responsibilities. If there were to be additional costs, Leah would alert me to these potentials prior to incurring the costs. My particular engagement had a narrow time window which Leah managed to operate in with little (apparent) issues. Very happy with the service.

Professional and Helpful
I have used Underwoods for all my Solicitor needs over the last year, they are very Professional and Helpful. I cannot fault their communication, either by phone or email. I would use no other Solicitors.
